For client projects: ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment as specified in the applicable project agreement. Shorebird Management retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in the project agreement

6. Payment terms

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted methods, will be specified in the applicable project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before deployment
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing

7. Project timelines

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon timelines. However, timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to: delays in client feedback or approvals, changes in project scope, and third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
